Delivery Options

We currently use APC to deliver all of our orders.

​

We offer two delivery services, a standard Next Working Day and a Next Working Day before noon (Monday to Thursday) for UK Mainland customers.

 

Order before 4pm Monday to Thursday, and your order will be dispatched later that day and delivered on the next working day.

​

Orders placed on a Friday with a standard next working day delivery option will be delivered the following Tuesday. We offer the option of a Saturday delivery for urgent orders placed on a Friday.

​

Orders placed after 4pm on any given day may get dispatched that day but are more likely to be dispatched the following working day and therefore delivered the day after. 

​

Next Day delivery orders placed after 4pm on a Friday and across the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday.

Saturday delivery option is available for orders placed on Friday.

Delivery Options & Prices

Our UK Mainland delivery charges are:

      • FREE Standard Next Day Delivery on orders over £198.00

      • (please note an order will not qualify for free delivery if a promotion code reduces the order total below £198.00)

      • Standard Next Day Delivery - £13.14 (orders placed before 4pm Monday to Thursday)

      • Next Day Before Noon Delivery - £20.98 (orders placed before 4pm Monday to Thursday)

      • Saturday Delivery - £13.14 (order placed before 4pm on Friday)

Delivery Lead Times

Standard Delivery usually takes 1 working day, this is automatically selected on all orders during checkout, should you require your order quicker we offer a Next Working Day Before Noon Delivery for orders placed before 4pm (Monday to Thursday).

Saturday delivery is available for order placed on Friday.

We do not currently deliver on Bank Holidays and our delivery lead times are not guaranteed.

Delivery To British Forces Post Office

We are currently unable to deliver to British Forces Post Office.

Overdue Deliveries

Please check the date of your order and the delivery service you selected. Your order is late if:

     • You have ordered using our Next Day Delivery service before 4pm the day before and your order has not arrived the following working day

     • You have ordered using our Next Day Delivery service after 4pm and your order has not arrived within 2 working days.

Lost Deliveries

If you believe the carrier has lost your parcel please use our contact us form and we will look to resolve the issues as quickly as possible

Adding Items To An Order Already Placed

We are unable to amend or add to an order, you will need to place a new order. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to make any further changes.

Incorrect Item Received
